Hello – welcome to my world! And I really mean that. This site is all about living with early morning Personality Disorder (e.m.PD). You may have landed here as a result of curiosity, or perhaps it was a misdirected click in your search engine, but that doesn’t matter. I’m glad you’re here and I hope you will stay long enough to explore the pages of my Therapy Journal. Perhaps you – or someone you know – can relate. This is simply me, myself, and I trying to find humor in life’s happenstance, and creative ways to deal with it – mental health therapy with a twist.
